The story lives in the candid moments

CORPORATE EVENT PHOTOGRAPHY • LOS ANGELES & NATIONWIDE

Candid documentary coverage for conferences, summits, retreats, and corporate gatherings across Southern California & nationwide

Good event photography tells a story, so your photographer needs to understand the context, the people in the room, and what success looks like for your organization. We come prepared so that we are ready to be in the right place before the moment happens.

We maintain an unobtrusive presence while being genuinely present in the energy of the room. A brief exchange, a moment of participation, or something totally unexpected that unfolds spontaneously can say more than a hundred posed pictures.

Annual Conferences & Summits

Keynotes, breakout sessions, working lunches, and panel discussions. We’re prepared for long days and bring “second shooters” in when the scope gets too big for one photographer. Our focus is on capturing candid moments over “grab and grin” shots, but we’re prepared for both.

Leadership Retreats & Offsites

Often a more informal setting where leadership gets to socialize and share ideas in a more casual setting. We read the room and blend into the activities without getting in the way. A friendly, informed approach here makes being photographed feel more comfortable and yields more relaxed and natural images.

Board & Executive Meetings

Discreet, professional presence for high-stakes sessions. We take a “fly-on-the-wall” approach and shoot with silent-shutter cameras and available light so the participants barely know we’re there. No flashes, no clicking, just a quiet, respectful presence taking it all in.
