  • We typically schedule 10 to 15 minutes per subject. This allows enough time to establish comfortable poses, capture genuine expressions, and review selections together live on-screen before moving to the next person.

  • Yes. We establish specific lighting specs, focal lengths, backdrop colors, and post-processing profiles so photos taken across different dates or locations maintain a seamless visual identity across your company leadership page.

  • A private web gallery with multiple selections for each person is delivered within three business days. Retouching requests are generally ready three business days after receiving them.

  • While professional hair and makeup isn't strictly necessary, it makes a remarkable difference in the final imagery—people naturally present more confidently and feel better when they look their best. We partner with a trusted team of professional hair and makeup artists who excel at putting subjects at ease on set.
